最良へのこだわり · sairyō e no kodawari

The pursuit of the very best.

Inspired by Grandmaster Kiyoshi Suzuki’s lifelong devotion to his craft, Ryoko is rooted in the principle of sairyō e no kodawari — an uncompromising pursuit of the very best. A belief, a promise, and a name synonymous with the pursuit of coffee perfection.

The Concept

One of Singapore’s first Coffee Omakase.

Ryoko presents coffee through structured tasting flights and composed, experiential formats — highlighting origin, brewing technique, and distinct flavour profiles. Complemented by refined Japanese pastries, every cup is intentional, composed, and experiential: coffee as a disciplined craft.

A coffee tasting flight

01

Coffee Flight

A curated tasting designed to showcase the diversity of coffee. Guests are guided through a progression of distinct profiles, origins and processing methods — for direct comparison, and an appreciation of every nuance.

02

Coffee Omakase

An immersive, bar-led journey where each cup is prepared and presented in sequence. Drawing from omakase dining, the menu is thoughtfully composed and evolves with seasonal beans and techniques — craftsmanship, storytelling, and precision.

Each experience may be taken as a pure coffee journey, or as a spirit-paired expression — a refined extension of the tasting.

Accompanied by refined Japanese pastries.

Every cup, intentional.
